Melissa Wilson has assembled award winning, experienced talent who are adept at managing client projects from conception through implementation.
Melissa Wilson, MA | Owner
Prior to founding Wilson Monnig Creative in 2007, Melissa held communications positions with a national funeral industry corporation and an international non-profit organization. She holds master of arts degree in communications from Lindenwood University bachelor of arts degree in public relations and advertising from Stephens College and studied advertising at The American InterContinental University - London. She is active in the Public Relations Society of America, selected as a judge for The Stevies Award for Women in Business and recipient of design awards including the Davies, The Communicator, Apex, MarCom, and Hermes.

Linda Maynard | Chief Marketing Specialist
Linda holds an Associates Degree in Commercial Art from O’Fallon College, and began
her career over 25 years ago as a graphic designer. She quickly moved into management
of advertising and marketing departments, developing branding and exposure for small
businesses and then Fortune 100 and 500 companies located in the midwest and on both
coasts. For the past 11 years, Linda has specialized in direct marketing programs, direct
response copywriting for print and other media, and public speaking on direct marketing
to small businesses. Linda helps small to medium sized businesses, designing and
developing marketing strategies, then setting up timelines and implementing programs
to help clients with growth and exposure. In her free time, Linda likes catching walleye,
golf and target shooting.Kyle Monnig, MA | IT Consultant
After serving in the military, Kyle chose to return to school to study computers. Graduating with a bachelor of science from Columbia College and a master of arts from Webster University he joined the renowned news distributor Thomson Reuters. As a dynamic leader, his expertise keeps Wilson Monnig Creative on the cutting edge of technology and gadgets.Noel Hwande | Social Media Consultant
Noel Hwande is web developer, graphic designer, blogger, and self-described tech enthusiast. With over ten years of experience in video production, web and print media design, Noel enjoys learning and applying new techniques to help clients integrate all aspects of their marketing and communications. Noel was born and raised in Zimbabwe and, after graduating from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in broadcasting and film, he immediately embarked on the first of several entrepreneurial ventures. The latest being Qiqima, a micro blogging platform that is built for users in less developed countries that facilitates social interactions in both public and private virtual communities. Recently, Noel's designs were recognized with 2010 Apex, and International Summit awards.Myra Vandersall | Editor and Sr. Writer
Myra Vandersall is an award-winning writer, editor and creative services coordinator. At Wilson Monnig she writes and edits blogs, news releases and copy for both web and print projects. Previously she was a creative services and marketing coordinator for a national insurance company where she created and managed public awareness campaigns for 60 account executives and their clients in 18 states. Myra began her career as a newspaper reporter and photographer for a mid-sized newspaper in northwestern Ohio. After moving to the St. Louis area she managed public relations programs for the Missouri-Illinois Regional Red Cross Blood Program and freelanced for a wide range of non-profit organizations. A graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, she holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism/photojournalism.Craig Wilson, MLA | Photographer and Illustrator
Craig's hand drawn illustrations and photographs have been featured in numerous art shows and published books. A graduate of the University Oklahoma's master of landscape architecture and bachelor of science from University of Tennessee prepared Craig for his career in landscape architecutre before a position as a marketing agronomist. He is active in wildlife conservation and currently working on his LEED certification. Melissa Kaatman-Boettge | Graphic Designer
As a recent Lindenwood University graduate, Melissa brings a fresh, unique take on graphic design. This up-and-coming designer is enthusiastic about the green movement and looks for ways to incorporate sustainability and healthy living into her work while keeping a versatile, clean feel. Melissa has enjoyed working for Wilson Monnig Creative, and looks forward to growing with such versatile and up-beat company.
Daniel Hoenes | Web Designer
Daniel Hoenes is an interactive media and web design student at Lindenwood University, also pursuing a minor in computer science. He began writing html in high school and has enjoyed learning new tools through every step of his undergraduate adventures. Daniel enjoys launching new websites, giving usability advice, and helping others in his role as Lindenwood's graphics lab supervisor. He has previously worked in commercial printing, document services, and volunteered in political campaigns. In his free time, Daniel enjoys swing dancing, and listening to good classical or dubstep music.
Elizabeth White | Writer
Our free spirited writer has traveled the world in an effort to go to as many museums, climb as many hills, and eat as many strange foods as she can. Now, she is putting her University of Missouri english degree and global experience to work for Wilson Monnig Creative. Elizabeth has led volunteer teams of 10 to 400 and from this role was promoted to become the Program Manager for an international non-profit service organization. When Elizabeth isn't working, writing or exploring - she dances, hikes, or plays the clarinet.Ryan Leach | Writer
Ryan Leach is an acclaimed writer from St. Louis, Missouri. He received two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Central Missouri in 2006, and is a member of Toastmasters International with the title of Competent Communicator. Ryan gives back to the community by volunteering at The Nature Institute, a non-profit organization located in Godfrey, Illinois. Connect with him on Facebook, and on Linkedin.
Marion Sudvarg | Web Designer
Marion Sudvarg is a student at Washington University, studying math and physics. His interest in web design started in high school when he designed a website for his father's publishing company. His interests have expanded to other areas of programming. Marion also enjoys backpacking and reading science fiction. He aspires to one day do research in quantum physics.
